Rainier hiker who learns of the danger through a message from the helicopter

As the news media outlets almost immediately Word spread around the world that week killer loose in Mount Rainier National Park, four backpackers celebrate the new year are not aware of the dangers they can encounter.

Shortly after Brian Vogt and Natalia Martinez-Paz of Allentown, near Renton, and Matt and Jen Pokrywka Berthiaume returned to camp, they see the planes and helicopters.

Soon a helicopter swooped down and hovering over their camp. After a while, it takes off.
